Hi, I’m Nicole Swanepoel (AKA Nix), I'm a project manager, writer, and consultant based in Cape Town, South Africa. You’ll mainly find me with a glass of wine in hand, sharing snaps of my cats; Sir Elton John and Sauvignon Blanc, and enthusing about anything and everything.

With a strong belief that project management is a necessity in organisations and that it should be exciting and accessible -  I decided to start HerWaysWork Collective, as a platform where I can share some of my ideas, experiences, tips and findings. I’m drawn to productivity and people and I aim to combine those two to show you how you can not only attain project success, but also lead happy teams in a way that is honest, warm, authentic and inviting. Life is about creating but also constantly finding ways to be better.
